Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) is an electromedical procedure. It is, however, fundamentally different from most other electromedical methods such as e.g. TENS, which only blocks for a short time the nerve pathways carrying pain signals.
FSM, on the other hand, uses only about one thousandth of the current of TENS, the current being below the threshold of perception and similar to the current that the body produces in each cell and tissue.
