As you might have noticed, in recent months we had to raise some of the prices for accessories.

TimeWaver has been receiving notices from our suppliers stating that the cost for raw materials used to manufacture our products is steadily increasing. I am writing today to inform you that we are trying to bear those increases to the best of our ability, but as you can see in our current price list (valid from February 2023), some of the item prices needed to be revised; up until now, only electrodes and accessories are affected by these increases. You can still purchase these items at their previous price until the end of January.

TimeWaver’s main products are not affected by the price increase for the time being.

Please always refer to the current price list in the member area on our website!

TimeWaver will not pass on these material cost increases, and we will continue to absorb other increases such as labor and energy costs for as long as possible. We are constantly working to limit and absorb these price increases as much as possible and also to offset other increases such as labor and energy costs for as long as we can.

DHL Express and UPS have also increased their shipping rates, which we will need to add to our shipping cost.

Please note that we consider this situation to be definitely unfortunate, considering that TimeWaver has always been striving to keep prices stable and constant over time.
