Notice on import duties for deliveries outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA), additional import charges may apply in the destination country, such as customs duties, import VAT and handling or clearance fees charged by the carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. They are levied by the local authorities or the carrier and must be paid by the recipient, usually upon delivery.

The amount and type of these charges depend on the regulations of the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are invoiced without German VAT, provided proof of export is available. If a shipment is refused because of import charges, we reserve the right to charge any resulting return and additional costs.
